Jasmine is an award-winning chef whose approach to cooking blends her own Mediterranean roots with Italian training. Her reputation for fresh and inventive menus has landed her in kitchens across the world, from Ireland to Panama to Tel Aviv. In 2014 she opened Sage Kitchen, a restaurant and grocery in New York City — serving businesses and locals across the city until the pandemic forced a closure in 2020, enabling Jasmine to focus on building more personalized events, from intimate private chef experiences to catered events and parties.
