What a night. We threw a beautiful birthday dinner in a Chinatown loft. Fruit and flowers on the table, cooking on site, spring arancini. @thismolly always on the menus. @c.ykitchen brought caviar and @ariellenir the best birthday cake!

This 3 hour sunset dinner started at 6 am in the city. It was a 60 person birthday dinner we planned about three weeks prior. The day before we prepped the flowers, made pasta dough, and shopped for all the groceries. On the day of we finished the flowers, the full setup, and cooking in this beautiful backyard on the bluff. Driving back at 1 am is rough, but we love what we do.
