I love summer and I love fruit.. So what can be better than a light fun snack that is easy to make and is healthy.
My friend asked for chilled fruit that we could munch on during the drive to the beach July 4th weekend but I decided to take it up a notch . These pops combine both chocolate and fruit, what’s better? They came out so yummy and were easy to eat in the car. This is also a cool treat for the kiddies.

What you need:
1/2 cut in squares
1 cup melted Chocolate (dark or white)
1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts or rainbow sprinkles
- Cut strawberries in half.
- Cut equal size pieces of banana and pineapple.
- On your stick, slide the pineapple on first, then banana and then strawberries.
- make a large batch!
Place in freezer for 10-20 minutes.
Line a tray with wax paper
Pour chopped nuts or sprinkles to a dish, for dipping
Melt chocolate in the microwave for 20-30 seconds (keeping an eye on it). Stir util creamy and smooth
Dip the chilled fruit, first in the chocolate then in the nuts/sprinkles
Lay flat on tray lined with paper
